We take pride in every balloon we place and every sign we hang. To ensure everything is flawless for your arrival, we require a 2.5-hour setup window. This dedicated time allows our team to:
 • Secure heavy-duty stands and installations.
 • Perfectly style your "Instagram-ready" backdrops.
 • Ensure every detail is tucked in and ready for the "wow" reveal.

Pro-Tip: Most hosts are happy to let us in early if you share this timeline with them! We recommend coordinating our entry at least 3 hours before your scheduled check-in
