We take pride in every balloon we place and every sign we hang. To ensure everything is flawless for your arrival, we require a 2.5-hour setup window. This dedicated time allows our team to:

Yes, we can absolutely get started even if you do not have the final Airbnb address yet as long as it is in the Old Town Area. Once your accommodations are confirmed, just send it over as soon as you have it so we can finalize setup logistics and delivery details.
