We coordinate directly with you or your host! Usually, we just need the entry code.

How long does setup take?

We take pride in every balloon we place and every sign we hang. To ensure everything is flawless for your arrival, we require a 2.5-hour setup window. This dedicated time allows our team to:
Secure heavy-duty stands and installations.
Perfectly style your "Instagram-ready" backdrops.
Ensure every detail is tucked in and ready for the "wow" reveal.

Pro-Tip: Most hosts are happy to let us in early if you share this timeline with them! We recommend coordinating our entry at least 3 hours before your scheduled check-in

What areas do you serve?

We are based in Old Town Scottsdale and serve the greater Phoenix area, including Tempe, Paradise Valley, and Arcadia. Live further?  Please reach out for a quote!

Can you work without the final Airbnb address yet?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can absolutely get started even if you do not have the final Airbnb address yet as long as it is in the Old Town Area. Once your accommodations are confirmed, just send it over as soon as you have it so we can finalize setup logistics and delivery details.

In the meantime, I’m happy to keep planning your bachelorette decor, activities, and any concierge services you need so everything comes together smoothly!

Yes, absolutely! I can customize the colors and theme to match the bride’s vibe. If you have any Pinterest inspiration, color palette ideas, or a theme you’re leaning toward, feel free to send them over and I can build the design around that.
